Cancellation Policy

At Kumani, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel an order. We strive to accommodate cancellations whenever possible.

Cancellation Eligibility

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing it.
  • Once an order has been processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled.

Cancellation Process

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
  • We will make every effort to accommodate your cancellation request if the order has not yet been processed.
  • If the order has already been processed for shipment, we will not be able to cancel it.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If your order is successfully canceled before processing, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

Exclusions

  • Once an order has been processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled.
  • Orders for customized, sale items, or gift cards cannot be canceled.
