Return, refund and exchange only entertained if package video is sent within an hour of delivery. In case of katana, it must be in its dissembled form.

All Kumani products have a 7-Day Exchange Policy.

Any item can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery for a damaged or wrong item.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was delivered and must also be in the original packaging.

The original invoice as shipped with the initial order must be sent back in original packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchange on customized, sale items or gift card.
